| It's been great. I use manual mode all the time and my wife preferes the auto mode... So it's actually almost 50/50. She drives as much as I do since our other car is a gas guzzler Suburban. The transmission is fine sofar. Although I've noticed that there's a little lag when it shifts up to 3rd gear. Can't explain why. It's definitely working harder compared to pre-SAW because I down shift to slow the car and hold 2nd and 3rd gear alot longer like how I drive stick shift. But heck, I always think: "if the manual tranny's can do it, why wouldn't the auto's?" Besides, I wouldn't mind moving the "rebuild TT tranny by Specialty-Z" up the priority list. : ) After I installed the SAW, it indicated that the tranny temp was getting too high so I did install a tranny cooler and I do believe it kept the temp lower. However, a short time later, ess-racing sent me an email on correcting the software regarding the temp read-out. So, I think the tranny has always been fine.
